Project Details
This summer home was designed with an open floor plan and a view of the ocean at the back of the home. The lower level garage includes kayak storage, and there’s a large family lounge area for extended entertaining.

This addition was designed to accommodate a new kitchen with a master bedroom above and a gaming room below. The lower level was built for their arcade game collection. The kitchen and island are designed for easy storage and access as well as entertaining. The master bedroom was designed with window placement that allows for cross air ventilation.
